退款政策

• If you wish to return your order, please notify us on hello@salvo-store.com and we will send your instructions according to your region.
• Return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price within 14 days of delivery.
• Discounted and markdown (sale) items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Please make returns to our store. We do not accept mail returns.

 

Return and exchange conditions:

         

• Only unwashed, unused and odorless products will be accepted.
• Items that have been altered by the customer will not be accepted.
• The product must be intact and the hangtag affixed to the piece.
• Products will not be accepted after the exchange period.
• In case the product is defective due to misuse, the refund will not be authorized and the product returned to the customer.
• To process the exchange / return, it is mandatory to present the product receipt.
• If you have obtained a discount/voucher on your purchase, we consider and refund the amount paid, considering the reduction
