I’ve used this recipe three times. It’s very good but it makes a very thick cookie that can’t cook through so now I separate the dough into two and just bake two or freeze one in the foil for another time. They are delicious and I find myself craving them. I make it always at midnight for some reason since it’s so quick.

Would you suggest just making the foil the size of one of the trays?
