This series has been my FAVORITE! I have made so many new soups and each one has been UNREAL. So good. So much flavor in each one! Which is hard to do with soups that are healthy like the farro one. Thank you!

Broccoli Potato soup has become a family favorite. When we have family get together we have some meatless eaters. No one feels slighted with this recipe.
It is perfect today… the weather is frightful!
I add a dash of nutmeg. It seems to freshen all the flavors. I also like to do a 3 cheese blend of cheddar, a little smoky Gouda, and a little Swiss.
