Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice - Note 1
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana (~1 small banana)
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup honey vanilla Greek yogurt (we love Greek Gods brand)
  • 1-3 teaspoons honey optional, as needed

Instructions

  • NIGHT BEFORE: Peel the banana and slice it into coins. Place the coins in a sealed bag in the freezer the night before making this smoothie. If the banana isn't frozen solid, you'll want to add some ice to your smoothie.
  • DAY OF: Combine the almond milk, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey (add to taste as needed depending on the sweetness of the fruit) in a large, powerful blender. Blend until completely smooth--about 60 seconds in a high-powered blender.
  • Enjoy immediately.
